Here at Ness Auto Sales and service we strive to go above and beyond with our customers by offering pick up and delivery services in town as well as free loaner cars. We believe this aids in creating a stress free auto repair experience. Life doesn’t have to stop while your vehicle is in the shop. When scheduling your appointment, be sure to let one of our Service Writers know your needs for pick up, delivery, or a loaner car. Loaner cars are limited and offered at a first come, first serve basis. By letting us know you require a loaner vehicle when scheduling your service, we’ll be able to reserve you a loaner so you can drop your vehicle off and continue on your day. We just ask that you bring the loaner vehicle back with a full tank of gas, ready for the next customer.

We know having your car serviced is a hassle. That’s why we’ve been picking up customers vehicles for service and delivering them back when done for as long as we can remember. We know you have better things to do than get your car service. Things like your family, kids soccer games, dance recital, and time with your loved ones. Step 1: Call and schedule your appointment. Don’t forget to mention you’d like your vehicle picked up.

Step 2: We pick up your vehicle, Perform the necessary work and inspections, call you with estimates, and perform the work you would like done.

Step 3: We text you a final invoice with a payment link allows you to pay from your phone or computer.

Step 4: We return your vehicle to the original pickup location as if nothing ever was done.
